The Role

We are seeking travel enthusiasts with a passion for guest service for our depot in Manchester – Rochdale . You will be the face of our company, reporting to the Branch and Regional Operations Manager – UKI, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining our fleet, and managing all operational issues to guarantee smooth depot operations.

What Will You Work On?

1. Handle reservations, organize vehicle check-ins and check-outs, and coordinate team activities;
2. Train, supervise, and coach your team;
3. Maintain the fleet, oversee logistics, and ensure campervans are in top condition;
4. Manage workforce planning, inventory, local suppliers, and cleaning services;
5. Handle complaints, emergencies, and local issues to ensure smooth operations;
6. Assist in reselling campervans, including preparing and showing them to prospective buyers.

Who Are We Looking For?

1. Travel enthusiasts with excellent customer contact skills; experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car is desirable;
2. Fluent in English (mandatory);
3. Eligible to work in the UK with a valid driver\’s license and confident driving a campervan (mandatory);
4. Available to work on weekends and public holidays;
5. Responsible, reliable, well-organized, and problem-solving skills.
