THE ROLE
You’ll split your time between two key areas - Customer Service and Vehicle Operations - making every rental smooth, safe, and memorable.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
- Customer Service: Be the Friendly Face of Indie Campers
- Chat with travellers via phone and email to schedule pick-ups
- Welcome guests with smooth check-ins and check-outs
- Give fun, informative briefings so they feel ready for the road
- Support renters throughout their journey with confidence and care
- Vehicle Operations: Keep the Fleet Adventure-Ready
- Clean and refresh campervan interiors and exteriors to our high standards
- Prepare, equip, and double-check each van before it heads out
- Carry out inspections and keep accurate condition reports
- Maintain equipment, extras, and consumables at the depot
- Move, park, and organise vehicles like a pro
