The Opportunity
You will work closely with our business leaders to identify the requirements and help execute on a successful hiring plan. You will have full control of the life cycle making sure the right Consultants are coming into Indicium AI. Our growth plans are ambitious, and we plan to get there quickly. Responsibilities Include
- Operate as a full-cycle Technical Recruiter on a mission to attract, source, recruit and hire the most talented people in the data, AI and ML space
- Build out the talent pipeline while engaging with active and passive candidates
- Facilitate a world-class candidate experience - creating a great candidate and Onboarding experience
- Influence, advise, and coach candidates and interviewers through the interviewing process
- Be able to understand and adapt to the different hiring needs as we rapidly scale
- Represent the Indicium AI brand at different meetups and events
- Work closely with PeopleOps to put the right HR processes in place
- Work with Marketing and help with Talent Branding efforts
- Experience with creating high quality reports and presenting to the business
Requirements
- 3/5+ Years experience within inhouse or agency background and passionate about hiring the industries leading talent into a high growth professional services business
- Ideally experience recruiting within Data & AI, alternatively Platform, Software, Engineering
- Strong stakeholder skills - ability to manage conversations with hiring managers
- Skilled at sourcing candidates through multiple channels
- Must be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of the industry, engagement through user groups / meetups
- Ability to make analytical decisions to make sure we are hiring the right people for Mesh-AI
- Confident in interviewing people at early technical and pre-screening stages
- Strong understanding of utilising ATS systems such as Greenhouse or similar
