As a Junior Account Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of client accounts and ensuring the successful execution of our sales programs. You will work closely with Account Managers and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services, exceed client expectations, and contribute to the overall success of adm Indicia.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business needs and objectives
- Support account managers with retail and consumer trend insights
- Coordinate projects, including timelines, budgets, and risk management
- Act as the link between clients and internal teams across Creative, Buying, Logistics and Operations
- Gather requirements and translate them into clear project briefs
- Review creative work and samples to ensure alignment with client expectations and brand guidelines
- Support operational tasks such as product development, quotes, estimates and shipment tracking
- Contribute to sustainability initiatives and performance metrics
- Assist with campaign reporting and identify opportunities for optimisation
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor's degree, or high school degree with 2+ years of full-time work experience
- Procurement outsourcing / brand / promotions experience a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects and follow through
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Exceptional detail-oriented skills; proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Self-starter with a can-do attitude and an appetite to learn
- Organized, with the ability to exercise independent judgement, problem solve and prioritise
