The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
We are a fast-paced team, who despite our geographical locations foster a supportive and progressive environment, and push each other professionally whilst encouraging a tight-knit team. Our overriding goal is to support adm-indicia in achieving its strategic aims and mitigate risk whilst assisting in building revenues. Day to day this translates into providing legal advice, negotiating supplier and client contracts, setting up and managing companies and alternative trading vehicles, corporate, company secretarial, data protection, insurance and advising on contentious matters.
Responsibilities
- Manage corporate secretarial activities, including:
- Incorporation of new entities and changes to existing companies (e.g., directors, shareholders, company names)
- Maintenance of statutory registers, records, and filings in coordination with local counsel and corporate agents
- Renewal of licenses and regulatory registrations
- Support for voluntary liquidations and strike-off processes
- Draft standard legal and corporate documents (e.g., board and shareholder resolutions, minutes, powers of attorney)
- Coordinate execution of documents (including via DocuSign) and arrange certified or legalized copies as required
- Support KYC processes by identifying and providing required documentation and liaising with internal teams and external advisors
- Conduct legal and regulatory research and prepare concise summaries
- Monitor relevant legal and regulatory developments and take appropriate action
- Coordinate global storage, maintenance, and periodic review of corporate documents
- Liaise with external stakeholders across jurisdictions (e.g., local agents, legal counsel, registrars, notaries, embassies)
- Prepare and maintain corporate reports and group structure charts
- Assist with ad hoc corporate secretarial and administrative projects
Skills and Experience
- Prior experience in a company secretarial function, a similar fast-paced environment, or an in-house legal role with company secretarial responsibilities
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and online research tools
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Proven experience in maintaining accurate records, with a clear understanding of the importance of compliance and documentation
