We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager – Paid Media to join our dynamic Client Services team. You’ll act as the lead support to a global channel owner for one of our flagship clients, orchestrating between global leads, local markets, and broader channels to ensure alignment, compliance, and seamless execution of paid media and influencer campaigns. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced paid media professional who thrives on collaboration, complexity, and creating clarity across multiple markets. We are open to receiving applications from candidates willing to work in either our London or Bristol offices on a hybrid basis 2 days a week.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main coordination point between global client teams and local markets, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
- Collate and review market media plans and calendars, providing global visibility and identifying risks or compliance issues.
- Serve as a subject‑matter expert in paid media marketing, ensuring consistent standards across markets.
- Integrate market‑specific insights (legal, cultural, commercial) into global planning and execution.
- Support accurate campaign tracking, analysis, and reporting (including GA, cookie categorisation, and pixel mapping).
- Collaborate with the client to validate inputs, translate strategy into actionable plans, and ensure alignment in market activations.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with local market teams to enable effective collaboration, knowledge sharing, and consistent delivery.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 5+ years’ experience in Paid Media (agency or brand), with strong expertise in paid social, programmatic marketing.
- Proven track record managing multi‑market or global campaigns.
- Deep understanding of digital media channels (social, display, search, programmatic, OOH, CTV).
- Strong analytical and compliance mindset, able to assess plans, identify risks, and ensure alignment with global standards.
- Skilled in campaign planning, governance, and performance measurement.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Confident balancing global strategy with local market realities.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, and solutions‑focused, with strong collaboration and diplomacy in cross‑cultural environments.
