The Account Manager will join high-performing local market teams delivering top-tier marketing services for one of our largest global clients. Reporting to the Account Director, you will work closely with strategy, performance, creative, and production specialists to ensure a seamless client experience. You will oversee the daily execution and coordination of client work, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery across all project touchpoints. Acting as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, you will manage timelines, clarify briefs, and resolve issues with a calm, collaborative approach. The team plays a central role in ensuring transparency, quality, and efficiency across marketing investments. With a focus on retail and shopper activation, your role will connect strategic priorities with local execution, contributing to smarter, quicker, and more impactful outcomes. You will serve as the heart of operational delivery—maintaining client satisfaction, internal clarity, and cross-functional coordination—helping drive measurable ROI and successful client campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in delivering client campaigns and retail activation activities from planning through implementation
  • Serve as a primary daily contact for internal teams and clients
  • Manage and update project timelines, budgets, and documentation
  • Escalate issues and support resolution of delivery challenges
  • Coordinate with sourcing, creative, and production teams to align workstreams
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and client reviews
  • Ensure compliance with brand, budget, and process standards
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflow, tools, and client engagement

Skills and Experience

  • 3–5 years’ experience in retail marketing, client services, or agency delivery
  • Print and POS experience
  • Strong organisational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Commercially aware with budget management experience
  • Italian or French language skills are a bonus
  • Accountable, structured, and solutions-focused; calm under pressure
  • Detail-oriented while keeping the bigger picture in mind
  • Collaborative, proactive, service-oriented, and adaptable
  • Reliable, positive, and committed to delivering high-quality work
  • In-market role: based in the client’s office daily
  • Experience across shopper, trade, or retail channels preferred
