Main Purpose of the Role
To bend parts to a drawing as requested by the production design and specification.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Under the direction of the Production Supervisor produce parts by bending, using standard punches/dies on Press Brakes.
- Set up the Press Brakes according to the drawings.
- Use verniers and other measuring instruments to evaluate the results and make necessary adjustments.
- Clean and maintain Press Brakes after use.
- Able to read and interpret drawings and instructions.
- Able to use calipers and other measuring tools.
- Housekeeping within immediate working area.

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Have a can-do, problem-solving attitude and ability to work fast paced.
- Accuracy and attention to details.
- Good communication skills.
- Be positive and perform at your highest level.
- At least 1 year's experience in similar role.
