Main Purpose of the Role To bend parts to a drawing as requested by the production design and specification.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Under the direction of the Production Supervisor produce parts by bending, using standard punches/dies on Press Brakes.
  • Set up the Press Brakes according to the drawings.
  • Use verniers and other measuring instruments to evaluate the results and make necessary adjustments.
  • Clean and maintain Press Brakes after use.
  • Able to read and interpret drawings and instructions.
  • Able to use calipers and other measuring tools.
  • Housekeeping within immediate working area.

  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Have a can-do, problem-solving attitude and ability to work fast paced.
  • Accuracy and attention to details.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Be positive and perform at your highest level.
  • At least 1 year's experience in similar role.

Pay negotiable based on experience.

Schedule:

  • Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm
  • Friday 8am-1pm
  • Overtime available
