We’re looking for Care Assistants, Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers, and Carers who want to make a real difference in people’s lives. Whether you’ve worked in a care home, community care, or are new to care, we’ll give you all the training and support you need to succeed.
What We Offer
- £13.43 / hr weekdays | £14.63 / hr weekends | £26.86 / hr bank holidays
- £12.21 / hr for travel time + 39p / mile mileage

Your Role
As a Care Assistant, you’ll provide personal care, companionship, and daily living support, helping clients maintain independence with dignity and respect. You’ll keep accurate records, communicate effectively with families and professionals, and ensure each person feels valued.
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence & access to a vehicle (business use insurance)
- Right to work in the UK
- Availability for at least 16 hours per week (including alternate weekends)
- Based locally to Burgess Hill, Crawley and surrounding area
No experience? No problem. If you’ve worked as a Care Worker, Support Worker, or in healthcare, childcare, or customer service, or you simply have the heart to care, we’d love to hear from you.
Areas Covered: Burgess Hill, Haywards Heath, Hassocks, Horsham, Crawley, East Grinstead, Pease Pottage, and Billingshurst.
