Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a creative social media strategy to enhance Engliture's online presence.
- Manage and grow our social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Create engaging content (posts, videos, stories, and graphics) that aligns with our brand voice and mission.
- Monitor and analyse social media performance using analytics tools; report on metrics and suggest improvements.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and social media algorithms.
- Collaborate with our management team to promote new programs, events, and success stories.
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Must be fluent in English.
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Creative, proactive, and able to work independently.
