We are looking for a Floor Manager for an Indian vegetarian restaurant. Join a growing Indian vegetarian restaurant chain as a Floor Manager, leading front‑of‑house operations and ensuring outstanding guest experiences during busy lunch and dinner services. Hindi speaking will be a strong added advantage for communicating with guests and team members across outlets.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and motivate service staff to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate vegetarian service on the floor.
- Manage seating, queues, and reservations to ensure smooth flow during peak hours and festival periods.
- Coordinate with the kitchen on order flow, buffet/thali refills, and out‑of‑stock items to minimise guest waiting and disappointment.
- Handle guest queries and complaints professionally, maintaining high satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in all guest areas in line with company policies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a floor supervisor/manager in a restaurant, preferably Indian or vegetarian.
