Over the past several years, we have built a strong reputation for delivering measurable results and developed a highly capable team across strategy, execution and client services. As we enter the next phase of our growth journey, we are seeking an experienced commercial leader to build and lead our growth function.
The Opportunity
This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for revenue growth across the business. You will work directly with the Founder and senior leadership team to identify growth opportunities, strengthen existing acquisition channels, develop new sources of revenue and build the commercial infrastructure required to support future expansion. This is not a marketing management role or a sales management role. We are looking for an experienced operator who has successfully led commercial growth within an agency environment and is capable of building and leading a high-performing revenue function.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute the company's growth strategy
- Drive new business acquisition across multiple channels
- Improve pipeline generation and commercial performance
- Identify new markets, service opportunities and growth channels
- Develop strategic partnerships and referral relationships
- Work closely with the Founder on commercial strategy and business development initiatives
- Commercial Leadership
- Own revenue forecasting and reporting
- Build and optimise commercial processes
- Improve visibility and performance across the sales funnel
- Establish KPIs, accountability and reporting frameworks
- Drive commercial decision-making through data and performance analysis
- Team Building
- Build and lead the commercial function
- Recruit, manage and develop team members as required
- Create scalable systems and processes that support long-term growth
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability and results
Requirements
Essential
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience within agency, digital services, consulting or related B2B services businesses
- Minimum 5 years in a senior commercial, growth or revenue leadership role
- Previous experience in a senior commercial leadership role within an agency environment
- Proven track record of delivering significant revenue growth
- Experience building and managing high-performing commercial teams
- Strong understanding of agency business models and recurring revenue services
- Experience owning commercial performance and revenue targets
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate effectively within entrepreneurial and fast-moving environments
Highly Desirable
- Experience within SEO, digital marketing, web development, performance marketing or related agency services
- Solid understanding of SEO and affiliated digital growth services
- Experience scaling agencies through periods of rapid growth
- Experience working directly with founders and leadership teams
- Previous experience as a Managing Director, Commercial Director, CRO, VP Growth, VP Revenue or Agency Founder

Compensation & Incentives
The successful candidate will receive:
- £100,000 base salary
