As a Consultant at Index, you will take full ownership of both new and existing business across the UK & US driving new client acquisition while growing and maximising retained, repeat, and exclusive accounts. Acting as a true partner to your clients, you’ll lead the full recruitment lifecycle from strategic business development through to delivery building long-term relationships and driving consistent revenue growth.

- Proven track record of winning and developing new business alongside managing retained, repeat, or exclusive accounts
