The opportunity:
We are hiring an experienced Account Manager to join our Liverpool office, working across three major retained client accounts. This is not a sales role. There is no expectation to generate new business. The focus is on managing existing client relationships, delivering high quality recruitment solutions and acting as a trusted partner to key stakeholders. This role is ideally suited to a proven 360 recruitment consultant who enjoys recruitment and client ownership but is looking to step away from business development and focus on delivery quality and long term partnerships.
Responsibilities and expectations:
- Managing and developing relationships with retained key client accounts
- Acting as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders
- Overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing to placement
- Delivering high quality candidate shortlists within agreed timeframes
- Working closely with internal delivery and leadership teams
- Ensuring exceptional service levels and repeat business through quality delivery
- Representing Index professionally with international clients including overseas travel
