Here’s What You’ll Be Doing Day‑to‑Day
- Technical support for DSPs: Oversee the complete lifecycle of DSP partnerships in EMEA from onboarding to integration. Provide day‑to‑day technical support, troubleshoot issues, and assist account managers with strategic planning. Act as the main point of contact for technical support, resolving issues, and escalating problems when necessary.
- Collaborate internally and externally to complete tasks for DSP Partners: Build and maintain relationships with partners, both internally and externally. Collaborate with commercial counterparts and engage in tickets and threads as required to complete tasks.
- Support Strategic Planning And Proactively Identify Opportunities For Growth: Contribute to strategic projects and initiatives with commercial stakeholders, offering insights into larger opportunities for the region. Identify ways to improve performance and efficiency, using data‑driven analysis for DSPs.
- Use Data Analysis To Identify Insights And Resolve Problems: Use BI tools to gain an in‑depth understanding of data, tables, metrics, KPIs, and raw logs. Regularly review integration health and monitor DSP performance within EMEA, flagging issues and resolving problems with partners.
- Gain In‑depth Product Expertise To Participate In Technical Conversations: Serve as a consultant to strategic EMEA DSP partnerships, helping them understand product offerings and achieve business objectives. Develop a deep understanding of Index’s product offerings and exchange functions for both DSPs and publishers. Participate in experiments, product releases, and the development of new features on the exchange.
- Complete Daily, Monthly, And Quarterly Operational Tasks: Perform required operational tasks for the region and globally as required. Ensure proper maintenance and documentation of partners’ unique setups and existing problems/issues. Daily monitoring of key KPIs and integration health metrics.
- Travel Regionally And Provide Language Support: Travel regionally to connect with team members and clients when required. Provide cross‑functional support and translation assistance internally and externally to overcome language barriers within the business.
- Act As An Escalation POC: Act as an escalation point for all issues in EMEA, routing problems to the correct teams or resolving them independently. Act as an escalation point for issues occurring in NA/EMEA outside of working hours.
- Project Management And Goal Execution: Support the execution and development of team goals and strategic initiatives through project management and creating presentation decks.
Here’s What You Need
- 4‑5 years of experience in solutions consulting, technical account management, or a similar role in the programmatic space, focusing on SSPs and publishers.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with a successful track record of managing projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with the ability to bring innovative solutions to a technical environment.
- Team player with a positive outlook, contributing to a growing organization.
- Proven ability to work in a high‑growth, fast‑paced environment with limited processes.
- Highly motivated self‑starter with a proactive and success‑driven attitude.
- Exceptional analytical and consulting skills with experience in SQL.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Extensive knowledge of programmatic advertising (SSPs, DSPs, RTB, publisher & servers, video players, OTT), web and mobile development (HTTP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, APIs), and big data/data science is a plus.
