Overview
As Principal Solutions Consultant at Index, you will lead the standardization of best practices for OMNI channel integrations and monetization.
You will partner with cross-functional teams to optimize performance, advise partner–solutions, and drive strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll shape how video, CTV, and server-side integrations scale across the ecosystem.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role that combines technical depth with strategic impact.

Responsibilities
- Define and improve standards for technical integrations (pre-bid, server-side, SSAI, VAST tags)
- Support strategic working groups with actionable insights to enhance offerings
- Test and review customer integrations to ensure KPI targets and performance benchmarks
- Consult top OMNI Channel partners to address business challenges and identify opportunities
- Develop deep knowledge of Index product offerings to support experimentation, releases, and new features
- Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, protocols, specs and document best practices
- Act as escalation point for internal teams on technical issues, product questions, and best practices
- Create playbooks for internal/external teams to integrate and migrate partners to new products
- Collaborate with developers to build tools improving operational efficiency and troubleshooting
- Key requirements
- 7+ years in Ad-Tech within Ad Exchange/SSP/DSP or related content owners or adserver/Mediation partners
- Experience integrating CTV & Video partners via VAST tag and/or server-to-server integrations
- Advanced knowledge of instream/outstream video formats and ad rendering methods (VAST/VPAID/VMAP/MRAID)
- Advanced knowledge of CTV programmatic advertising, SSAI, identity protocols, and integration methods (Open RTB, IFA, Prebid Server)
- Experience with Internet protocols and network traffic inspection tools
- Expert knowledge of SQL, JSON and ability to query complex datasets
- Ability to learn and parse Kafka topics and audit log data
- Experience managing large cross-functional global projects
