What We’re Looking For
- Efficient: Provide essential operational support for smooth account management and assist with day‑to‑day account operations while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Collaborative: Work cross‑functionally with account management, sales, analytics, technical, and publisher account teams to become a subject matter expert on the Index Platform.
- Communicative: Facilitate internal communication between account managers and other Index Exchange teams to ensure deliverables stay on track and meet deadlines.
Here’s What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist in the day‑to‑day operations of our agency and brand marketer partners across the UK, working with major holding companies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and deliverables are provided promptly.
- Support account managers in collecting and analyzing data to identify key insights and drive solutions through a data‑centric approach.
- Execute operational tasks such as performance monitoring, report creation, and updating internal systems with accurate account information.
Here’s What You Need
- 1–2 years of experience in digital media; client‑facing experience preferred.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to leverage data and analytics to solve customer problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently while remaining proactive and self‑motivated.
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with DOMO, Looker, Tableau or similar analytical tools is an asset.
