Your mission is to own and scale the partnerships engine, formalising and growing two distinct partnership pipelines — Commercial and Marketing — that drive revenue, brand visibility, and long-term strategic positioning.

Business Context & Partnership Model

Our partnerships operate across two value streams:

  • Commercial Partnerships — Revenue & Lead Generation: We work with organisations whose clients or members are likely to need our services, structuring introductions, referrals, and co‑selling arrangements. Partners act as a trusted channel into qualified networks, shortening our sales cycle and increasing close rates.
  • Marketing Partnerships — Brand Credibility & Presence: These partnerships increase our market presence and make our brand visible to new audiences. They are primarily credibility and distribution plays that compound over time.

Your Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Development & Partner Management: Design and build structured partnership pipelines, identify potential partners, manage the full partner lifecycle, and maintain a live pipeline view.
  • Commercial Partnership Execution: Develop partnership structures, build relationships with relevant organisations, drive lead flow from partners, and track partner-sourced revenue.
  • Marketing Partnership Execution: Secure guest appearances, place guest posts, build backlink relationships, generate testimonials, and ensure representation across directories.
  • Product Innovation & Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, work closely with Product Management, and act as a feedback loop between the market and internal teams.

Your profile

  • Proven ability to build relationships and manage external stakeholders.
  • Experience in partnerships, business development, or a client-facing growth role.
  • Commercial mindset and strong communication skills.
  • Self‑directed and organised, capable of managing multiple conversations.
  • Familiarity with SaaS, HR tech, remote work, or B2B services is a plus.
  • Existing network in relevant spaces is meaningful.
