Indevor Group is seeking an Internal Recruiter in Chorley to own recruitment across the organisation, from identifying hiring needs to offer management and onboarding handover.

You will lead end-to-end recruitment, write compelling adverts, source candidates, shortlist and interview, and present offers.

Experience with headhunting is beneficial, and you will report to the Group HR Manager in a fast-growing, award-winning startup culture.
