Role Overview
As an Internal Recruiter, you will take full ownership of recruitment across Indevor Group, managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from identifying hiring needs through to offer management and onboarding handover. You will need to have proven experience working within recruitment. It would be advantageous to have experience with headhunting as this will form a significant part of the role. Reporting to the Group HR Manager, you will play a critical role in building the future workforce of the business.
