Are you an experienced assistant with a passion for supporting high-net-worth clients in a fast-paced financial environment? We are recruiting a Wealth Management Assistant to join a high-performing team providing comprehensive administrative and business support. This is a hybrid role, working from home on Mondays and Fridays, based in London.
What you will do:
- Manage diaries, emails, and client communications, including booking meetings and following up on actions
- Maintain accurate records of client meetings and notes using Salesforce
- Manage client actions and tasks via Salesforce
- Prepare transfer packs, Lifeplans, meeting packs, and other client documentation to company standards
- Prepare Voyant and Analytics reports, including inputting client data, running scenarios, and producing fund and performance analysis
- Submit new business cases, fund switches, and obtain product valuations
- Confirm receipt of client funds and communicate updates to clients
- Undertake ad hoc tasks as required to support advisers and the wider team
What you will bring:
- Minimum 3 yearsβ experience in a fast-paced financial assistant or support role
- Experience supporting high-net-worth clients with a high level of service
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, professional, discrete, and emotionally intelligent
- Resilient, accountable, and self-motivated
