The Opportunity:
An exciting opportunity awaits to join our award-winning Subsidence Services Division, where you’ll take full ownership of domestic and commercial claims from start to finish.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Managing a portfolio of subsidence claims up to an agreed value
- Acting as the primary point of contact for both customers and clients
- Making technical decisions on your cases once training and licensing are complete
- Producing tailored reports and maintaining accurate action plans for each claim
- Ensuring reserve accuracy and driving claims to a timely resolution
- Liaising with suppliers to monitor progress and service quality
- Communicating updates with all stakeholders throughout the claims process
About You – Knowledge and Experience:
- Previous experience managing subsidence-related insurance claims is essential
