Are you an experienced property and engineering professional with a passion for managing subsidence claims from start to finish? We are recruiting a Subsidence Building Consultant to join our award-winning Subsidence Services Division, managing a portfolio of domestic and commercial claims.

This hybrid role combines home working with local travel for site visits across London and the Southeast.

What you will do:

  • Manage a portfolio of subsidence claims from instruction to settlement
  • Conduct site visits and/or remote assessments to diagnose structural damage
  • Recommend mitigation and repair strategies for domestic and commercial properties
  • Liaise with insurers, contractors, internal teams, and other service providers
  • Prepare technical reports, specifications, and validate scopes of work
  • Deliver outstanding customer service with professionalism and empathy
  • Ensure cases are proactively progressed in line with regulatory and client SLAs

What you will bring:

  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Working towards or already hold a professional qualification (MCIOB, MRICS, MICE)
  • Expertise in diagnosing structural defects, subsidence, and drainage issues
  • Comfortable using remote technology and conducting face-to-face site visits
  • Previous experience in insurance claims handling is desirable
