Job Title: Subsidence Adjusting Executive Location: Remote Salary: £27k The Opportunity: An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an award-winning Subsidence Services Division as a Subsidence Adjusting Executive. This role offers full autonomy to manage a portfolio of domestic and commercial claims from instruction through to resolution, supported by a collaborative team and advanced tools. The position offers flexibility through a hybrid working model, combining home-based work with occasional office collaboration. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Managing a portfolio of subsidence claims up to an agreed value Acting as the primary point of contact for both customers and clients Making technical decisions on your cases once training and licensing are complete Producing tailored reports and maintaining accurate action plans for each claim Ensuring reserve accuracy and driving claims to a timely resolution Liaising with suppliers to monitor progress and service quality Communicating updates with all stakeholders throughout the claims process…
