What you’ll be doing:
- Handling Real Estate Casualty claims (PL injury & TP damage) end-to-end
- Acting as a key contact for clients, brokers, insurers & stakeholders
- Driving proactive handling through strong diary management
- Producing reports, technical advice & MI
- Supporting client relationships and account activity
- Working with UK & European adjusting teams
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years’ casualty claims experience (PL essential)
- Experience handling claims cradle to grave
- Strong understanding of liability, coverage & reserving
- Comfortable managing a busy caseload and SLAs
- Confident communicator with client-facing experience
- Real Estate or European exposure is a bonus
- Working towards CII (or similar) desirable
