We are currently working with a client who is looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Claims Handler / Desktop Adjuster to join their team. This is a fully home-based position where you will manage a portfolio of commercial claims, typically ranging between £50K–£100K in value.
- Handle claims from first notification through to settlement
- Manage a caseload of approximately 60–80 claims
- Liaise with policyholders, brokers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Provide a high level of customer service throughout the claims journey
5+ years' experience handling commercial claims
- Strong technical knowledge across commercial/property claims
- Experience managing claims within the £50K–£100K range
- Ability to work autonomously in a desk-based / remote environment
