We’re working with a growing, entrepreneurial business in the insurance claims and reinstatement space who are looking to bring in a key hire to support their next phase of growth. This is not your typical corporate role. It’s a hands-on, high-autonomy position where you’ll be working closely with senior leadership, taking ownership of claims from survey through to completion, and playing a genuine part in building out the function.
The Role combines:
- Surveying
- Costing & scheduling
- Contractor management
- Claims support
You’ll be:
- Attending site to assess damage and scope works
- Producing detailed schedules and costings
- Supporting negotiations with insurers
- Appointing and managing contractors
- Overseeing reinstatement works through to completion
- Managing customer relationships throughout the process
We’re open on background, but you’ll likely come from:
- Loss Adjusting (field-based)
- Insurance Surveying
- Property Claims with site exposure
You’ll need:
- Strong understanding of property claims
- Experience assessing damage and scoping works
- Confidence managing contractors and jobs end-to-end
