We’re looking for a confident and experienced claims professional to join a specialist team handling complex and high-value transactional risk claims.
- Managing and resolving transactional risk claims, including Warranty & Indemnity (W&I), Tax Liability, and Contingent Risk policies
- Working closely with underwriters, brokers, legal counsel, and insureds to assess claims and guide them through resolution
- Analysing deal documentation and claims notifications to determine coverage and advise on strategy
- Maintaining clear, professional communication with all stakeholders throughout the claims lifecycle
- Providing commercial insight to support underwriters and contribute to ongoing product development
- Strong claims experience in transactional risk, financial lines, or a related legal/commercial field
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to interpret complex legal and financial documents
- Commercial awareness and confidence to work directly with senior stakeholders
