We are currently recruiting a Subsidence Claims Technician on behalf of a growing specialist claims organisation, offering an exciting opportunity to join an expanding technical subsidence team. You’ll be joining a forward-thinking claims environment that is focused on delivering high-quality, efficient claims handling alongside excellent customer service. The business is continuing to grow its subsidence capability and is investing heavily in developing its technical claims offering.
What you will do:
- Manage a portfolio of subsidence claims from instruction through to settlement
- Liaise with engineers, policyholders, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the claims process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date claim records while ensuring service level agreements are consistently met
- Provide a high level of customer service, keeping customers informed at every stage of their claim
- Work closely with engineering and technical teams to ensure the best possible claims outcomes
- Take ownership of your caseload while working independently in a fully remote environment
We are looking for professionals with experience in property claims or subsidence handling who are confident managing their own caseload and working with technical stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous claims handling experience, ideally within subsidence or property claims
