Our client, a rapidly growing FinTech, is seeking a proactive and driven German or French-speaking Relationship Manager to join their growing team.
Location: London, UK (Hybrid)
Salary: up to £65k (depending on experience and skill set)
This role is focused on managing and developing relationships within the world's largest insurance markets. You will play a crucial role in ensuring clients maximize the use of their platform while driving engagement and identifying new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of approximately 40 insurance customers and platform users, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Demonstrate the value of their platform through strategic conversations on product development, service levels, and business growth opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams, including Client Services, Operations, and Product, to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
- Drive adoption of Faster Claims Payments (FCP) across Lloyd's market Brokers and TPAs, supporting digital transformation initiatives.
- Identify trends and optimize payment flows to enhance the client experience.
- Provide feedback and contribute to product strategy based on client insights.
- Guide junior team members and support the Head of Relationship Management on key business initiatives.
- Fluency in German or French (spoken and written) is required.
- Proven experience in relationship management, account management, or sales, ideally within financial services or insurance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- A self-motivated, results-driven approach with a strategic mindset.
- 25 days holiday per year (increasing with tenure) plus bank holidays.
- Hybrid working model – minimum 2 days in the office (Tuesday-Thursday).
