About the Role:
You will take the lead in driving team performance, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the successful handling of claims. The Domestic Adjusting team typically manages claims up to £100k in value. Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring that complex claims are resolved efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.
