Claims Field Investigator Are you an experienced Claims or Fraud Investigator looking for a field-based role where no two cases are the same? We are recruiting a Claims Field Investigator to join an established specialist investigations team, handling a portfolio of domestic and commercial insurance claims that require further investigation. This is a home/field-based UK role , involving travel to conduct investigations and meet policyholders and other relevant parties. What you will do: Manage your own portfolio of domestic or commercial claim investigations Conduct field visits, interviews and take detailed statements Gather and assess evidence to identify potential fraud or inconsistencies Liaise with policyholders, insurers, witnesses and relevant third parties Carry out enquiries and checks to support claim decisions Negotiate settlements and communicate claim outcomes where appropriate Produce clear, evidence-based investigation reports Ensure investigations comply with relevant legislation and industry requirements What we’re looking for: Previous property claims investigation experience – essential Experience across domestic and/or commercial claims Field investigation experience would be highly advantageous Strong interviewing, investigation and report-writing skills Good analytical judgement and attention to detail Insurance or fraud qualifications such as ACFS, CII or ACILA are desirable but not essential Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel What’s on offer: Competitive salary depending on experience Company car or car allowance Home/field-based working 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays Pension scheme Private healthcare Life assurance and income protection Additional wellbeing and employee benefits For a confidential discussion about your next move and to have your CV and application reviewed within 24 hours , please contact .
