Job Description
My client is looking for aCommercial Property Adjusterto join their team.
Location: Leeds and its surrounding areas (Remote with Ad-Hoc Site Visits)
Salary: £55k Annually + Bonus
The Role:
- Handling a wide variety of Commercial property damage and Business Interruption losses.
- Managing a portfolio of claims from initial field visit through to settlement, within clients SLAs and meeting challenging audit criteria. Monthly settlement and /or financial targets will also be set by your line manager.
- Although you`ll be working autonomously, your line manager will maintain regular contact with you to discuss service delivery and in particular to provide support, guidance and mentoring in relation to more complex and challenging claims and your personal growth and development.
You will have/will be:
- Experience in loss adjusting with a solid experience of property claims.
- Full UK Driving License is essential
- Ideally be or have a commitment to progress with ACII and ACILA qualifications
- Customer focus with a track record of delivering outstanding levels of service
- Superb communications and IT skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.
- Develop and maintain a close working relationship with the customers, to promote customer satisfaction during all stages of the claim
- Able to build good relationships with clients
- Be able to prioritize your workload on a daily basis
