The Opportunity:

This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the UK's leading insurance claims specialists within their growing Commercial Property and Real Estate division. Working alongside experienced Loss Adjusters, you'll play a key role in supporting a portfolio of property claims while developing your technical knowledge and understanding of the wider claims process. Whether your ambition is to progress into Loss Adjusting or develop a long-term career within technical claims support, genuine progression opportunities are available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Loss Adjusters with the day-to-day management of their caseloads
  • Managing claim administration, diaries and workflow activities
  • Liaising with policyholders, insurers, brokers, contractors and other stakeholders
  • Gathering claim information, evidence and supporting documentation
  • Assisting with technical reports and claim investigations
  • Monitoring claim progress and maintaining accurate records
  • Supporting claims through to settlement
  • Delivering excellent customer service throughout the claims journey

We're keen to speak with candidates from backgrounds such as: Claims Technician, Claims Handler, Claims Administrator, Insurance Administrator, Property Claims Assistant, Insurance Customer Service Professional. Property claims experience would be advantageous but not essential.
