We’re looking for a confident and experienced claims professional to join a specialist team handling complex and high-value transactional risk claims. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a trusted, high-performing group operating within the Lloyd’s market and advising on deals across the globe.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing and resolving transactional risk claims, including Warranty & Indemnity (W&I), Tax Liability, and Contingent Risk policies
- Working closely with underwriters, brokers, legal counsel, and insureds to assess claims and guide them through resolution
- Analysing deal documentation and claims notifications to determine coverage and advise on strategy
- Maintaining clear, professional communication with all stakeholders throughout the claims lifecycle
- Providing commercial insight to support underwriters and contribute to ongoing product development
- Participating in internal initiatives aimed at improving processes, knowledge sharing, and client service
