We’re looking for a confident and experienced claims professional to join a specialist team handling complex and high-value transactional risk claims.

  • Managing and resolving transactional risk claims, including Warranty & Indemnity (W&I), Tax Liability, and Contingent Risk policies.
  • Working closely with underwriters, brokers, legal counsel, and insureds to assess claims and guide them through resolution.
  • Analysing deal documentation and claims notifications to determine coverage and advise on strategy.
  • Maintaining clear, professional communication with all stakeholders throughout the claims lifecycle.
  • Providing commercial insight to support underwriters and contribute to ongoing product development.
  • Strong claims experience in transactional risk, financial lines, or a related legal/commercial field.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to interpret complex legal and financial documents.
  • Commercial awareness and confidence to work directly with senior stakeholders.
