Are you a Claims professional with strong exposure to US Casualty claims? Do you want to work with a leading specialty broker operating in the Lloyd’s market? We are currently recruiting Senior Claims Advocates on behalf of a specialist insurance and reinsurance brokerage, offering genuinely exciting and rewarding opportunities within a high-performing claims team. These are Hybrid positions (2 – 3 days in the office), working in London City.
What you will do:
- Lead the end-to-end management of high-value, complex claims, with a primary focus on US Casualty risks.
- Act as a strategic claims advocate for clients, delivering expert policy analysis, negotiation, and optimal settlement outcomes.
- The Senior Claims Advocate proactively identifies and resolves coverage, quantum, and insurer engagement issues, escalating risks where required.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across insurers, clients, placing teams, experts, and finance to ensure smooth claims progression and settlement.
- The Senior Claims Advocate supports renewal activity and reporting through accurate claims data, market insight, and effective workload management.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years’ experience in US Casualty Claims. These positions are offering a competitive salary, strong benefits package & flexible working. Our client operates a family friendly working policy and hours can be tailored to your commitments. The role offers hybrid working with 2 – 3 days in the office, or more if desired.
