Are you an experienced Liability Adjuster handling high-value, complex claims? Do you want a role that combines technical challenge, autonomy, and strong client interaction? We are currently recruiting Complex Liability Adjusters on behalf of a highly regarded claims organisation, following continued growth across the Greater London, Home Counties, and Southeast regions.
These are permanent, hybrid roles, offering a balanced mix of home working, office collaboration, and field-based activity.
What you will do:
- Manage a portfolio of high-value and complex liability claims from instruction through to settlement
- Handle claims across Public Liability, Employers’ Liability, and Products Liability
- Investigate coverage, liability, and quantum issues, ensuring fair and timely outcomes
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, insurers, solicitors, and other stakeholders
- Support client development activity by attending meetings and strengthening existing relationships
- Work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative and high performing adjusting team
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience handling complex liability claims and be comfortable managing cases independently across the Southeast. These roles offer a competitive salary, reflective of experience and qualifications, alongside a strong benefits package and flexible working. Full training and ongoing technical development will be provided.
Key requirements:
- Experience handling complex and high-value liability claims
- Progression towards ACII / ACILA preferred
- Full UK driving licence
