About the Role:
We\βre looking for a driven
Sales Executive
to join a growing commercial insurance team. You\βll focus on building relationships, developing your client base, and driving new business, while supporting renewals and providing excellent service. This role blends client-facing engagement with business development, offering variety, challenge, and clear career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow a portfolio of commercial clients through networking, referrals, and lead generation
- Manage client renewals, mid-term adjustments, and documentation
- Collaborate with broking, claims, and finance teams to deliver seamless client service
- Attend networking events and support marketing campaigns
- Stay up to date with market trends, products, and insurer appetite
What We\βre Looking For:
- Experience in commercial insurance (broking or underwriting)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Team player who enjoys collaborating across departments
- CII qualification desirable but not essential
