A well-established and rapidly growing transactional risk insurer is looking to appoint a Claims Manager as part of its expanding claims function. This is an excellent opportunity to join a flexible and forward-thinking team, offering remote or hybrid working depending on the successful candidate’s location.

What you will do:

  • Manage and analyse Warranty & Indemnity claims, ensuring thorough review, risk assessment, and resolution.
  • Act as a strategic claims lead, liaising with internal stakeholders and external advisers as needed.
  • Oversee claims processes and documentation, maintaining compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Support junior colleagues and contribute to team development and workflow efficiency.
  • Provide insight and recommendations on claims strategy and reporting to senior management.
