We are currently recruiting a Domestic Property Fraud Investigator on behalf of a leading insurance services organisation, offering an exciting opportunity to join a specialist Investigations team.
You’ll be joining a market-leading claims environment that is at the forefront of counter-fraud services. What you will do:
- Manage a portfolio of domestic property claims identified as potentially fraudulent
- Conduct telephone and video interviews with policyholders and other relevant parties
- Gather and assess evidence through desktop investigations and enquiries
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, insurers, and external agencies, including the police where required
- Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for insurers
- Produce statements, issue outcome letters, and negotiate settlements where appropriate
- Deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to service level agreements and regulatory requirements
- Prioritise and manage multiple investigations, ensuring deadlines are consistently met
We are looking for professionals with experience in insurance investigations, fraud detection, and property claims who possess strong analytical and report-writing skills.
