Account Handler (Claims) – Property Are you a claims professional with strong experience in commercial property or real estate claims ? We are recruiting an Account Handler on behalf of a specialist claims management company , offering a rewarding opportunity within a growing, high-performing team. These hybrid positions are based in Chelmsford or Glasgow , with a minimum of three days in the office per week. What you will do: Handle a portfolio of property claims from investigation to settlement, ensuring compliance with technical, operational, and data protection standards Investigate, negotiate, and agree claim settlements in a professional and timely manner Liaise with insureds, insurers, brokers, and other stakeholders to achieve smooth claim progression Produce accurate reports and ensure billing, invoicing, and time reporting comply with internal standards Work closely with adjusters and attend client review meetings as required, validating and approving contractor quotes We are looking for professionals with experience in real estate or commercial property claims .
