The Opportunity: Join an award-winning Subsidence Services Division, managing a portfolio of domestic and commercial subsidence claims from first notification to resolution. This role combines the use of digital technology for remote assessments with local site visits, giving you flexibility and variety in your day-to-day work. You will be at the forefront of diagnosing, mitigating, and repairing structural damage, with the backing of a highly experienced team and market-leading tools.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Managing a portfolio of subsidence claims from instruction to settlement
  • Conducting site visits and/or remote assessments to diagnose structural damage
  • Recommending appropriate mitigation and repair strategies
  • Liaising with internal teams, insurers, contractors, and other service providers
  • Providing technical reports, specifications, and validation of scopes of work
  • Delivering outstanding service to customers with professionalism and empathy
  • Adhering to regulatory and client SLAs, ensuring cases are proactively progressed

About You Knowledge and Experience:

  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Working towards or already hold a professional qualification (MCIOB, MRICS, MICE)
  • Ideally hold or be working towards an insurance qualification (e.g., CILA or CII)
  • Expertise in diagnosing structural defects, subsidence, and drainage issues
  • Comfortable using both remote tech and conducting face-to-face site visits
  • Experience in insurance claims handling is desirable (training provided)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
