Job Title: Subsidence Adjusting Executive
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an award-winning Subsidence Services Division as a Subsidence Adjusting Executive. This role offers full autonomy to manage a portfolio of domestic and commercial claims from instruction through to resolution, supported by a collaborative team and advanced tools.
The position offers flexibility through a hybrid working model, combining home-based work with occasional office collaboration. If you\’re passionate about delivering great outcomes and managing claims with independence, this could be the perfect role for you.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Managing a portfolio of subsidence claims up to an agreed value

Acting as the primary point of contact for both customers and clients

Making technical decisions on your cases once training and licensing are complete

Producing tailored reports and maintaining accurate action plans for each claim

Ensuring reserve accuracy and driving claims to a timely resolution
-
Liaising with suppliers to monitor progress and service quality

Communicating updates with all stakeholders throughout the claims process
About You Knowledge and Experience:

Subsidence Claims Experience: Previous experience managing subsidence-related insurance claims is essential

Strong Communication Skills: Confident communicator and negotiator, able to explain complex matters clearly and with empathy

Highly Organised: Capable of prioritising and managing a busy caseload efficiently

Adaptable: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and responding to change

Customer-Oriented: Proactive, empathetic, and focused on delivering a positive customer journey
