Field Services Manager – Fire Damper Remedials
UK coverage (Office based in Sutton) £40,000 – £45,000 + package
We’re combining two of the industry\’s strongest players – Indepth Hygiene Services and Trinity Fire & Security – under the PTSG Fire umbrella to launch a new, dedicated Fire Damper division. Backed by one of the UK’s fastest-growing safety specialists, this is a rare opportunity to lead something fresh, with the strength of a major group behind you.
As Field Services Manager, you’ll:
- Lead a UK wide team of engineers across fire damper Installation / remedial works – scheduling, supervising, and supporting them on-site
- Conduct site surveys and generate quotations for Damper installations
- Translate inspection and compliance reports into actionable remedial programmes
- Manage site delivery to ensure jobs are completed to fire safety standards (e.g., BS 9999, HTM 03-01, DW145, VH001)
- Attend sites to check progress, resolve technical issues and ensure client satisfaction
- Liaise with clients, regional managers, and internal planners to keep operations running smoothly
- Produce and manage RAMS, ensure permit-to-work compliance, and maintain accurate documentation
- Recruit, train, and support field staff to maintain performance and safety
We’re looking for:
- An experience Ventilation professional with a working knowledge of Fire / Smoke dampers
- A strong understanding of fire safety regulations (BS 9999, BS EN 1366-2, RRFSO)
- Someone who’s organised, calm under pressure and has led field-based teams
- NVQ Level 3 in Ventilation (or equivalent), SMSTS or similar, and a full driving licence
