Responsibilities
- Supporting Site Manager with staffing levels and ensuring correct signing in procedures are adhered to.
- Responsible for the quality of cleaning specific to the site to the agreed specification whilst working within labour, material and equipment budgets.
- Delegating working shifts and schedules.
- Issuing any chemicals required to carry out given tasks on site and training on dilutions & COSHH.
- Dealing with communications on site.
- Maintaining equipment on site and dealing with any required faults, reporting to the Site Manager.
- Supporting Site Manager with training and keeping training records up to date, liaising with Hub regarding holidays and arranging cover.
- Responsible for staff welfare and motivation on site, ensuring correct procedures are followed and adhered to, and all health and safety regulations are strictly followed.
- Supporting the team with any on-site needs.
Contract and Benefits
- Contracted hours are 15 per week, working Mon-Fri 6.30pm-9.30pm.
- Rate of pay is £14.50 per hour.
