Temporary Cleaning Supervisor. This is a Relief Vacancy to cover holidays and sickness. Established in 1978, Indepth Managed Services provides commercial cleaning services on a national scale across a range of client locations in all commercial sectors. The business is built on an exceptional reputation of delivering reliable, efficient and quality cleaning services.
We have a fantastic new opportunity to join one of our Teams Based at BLANDFORD FORUM, DORSET DT11 8SA. Contracted hours are 12.50 per week, working Mon-Fri 5.30pm-8pm. Rate of pay is £15.50 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Supporting Site manager with staffing levels and ensuring correct signing in procedures are adhered to.
- Responsible for the quality of cleaning specific to the site to the agreed specification whilst working within labour material and equipment budgets.
- Delegating working shifts and schedules.
- Issuing any chemicals required to carry out given tasks on site and training on dilutions & COSHH.
- Dealing with communications on site.
- Maintaining equipment on site and dealing with any required faults reporting to the site manager.
- Supporting Site manager with training and keeping training records up to date and liaising with Hub regarding holidays and arranging cover.
- Responsible for staff welfare and motivation on site, ensuring correct procedures are followed and adhered to, and all health and safety regulations are strictly followed.
- Supporting the team with any on-site needs.
