Position: GreaseVentilation Team Leader – London

Essential Requirements:
- Location: Must live in the South
- Experience: Previous commercial grease extract cleaning experience to TR19.
- Driving Licence: Hold a full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 points.
- DBS Clearance: Ability to obtain DBS clearance for high-security sites.
- Physical Fitness: Physically fit and confident working at heights and in confined spaces.
- Flexible Shifts: Comfortable working day, night, and weekend shifts, varying from week to week.
- Travel: Willing to work away when required (accommodation and meals provided).
- Additional Skills: Knowledge of Fire Damper testing would be advantageous but not essential.
Responsibilities:
- Job Management: Responsible for running jobs and ensuring all works are completed to a high standard.
- Reporting: Ensure post-clean reporting and photographs are submitted to the office daily.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Responsible for maintaining the company van (all associated costs covered by the company).
