We are looking for an enthusiastic, empathetic, and skilled Veterinary Surgeon to join our small yet busy team at Alder Veterinary Practice. You will be joining our well-established team of 2 Veterinary Surgeons. This position is split over two sites in Bourne and Spalding.
Work life balance that works for you: Our flexible approach to rota patterns and working hours truly tips the scale on your work life balance. We are in the fortunate position to be able to offer a mix of rotas to accommodate all working patterns including working mums and dads with a school friendly rota. For context, our full-time rota is 40 hours per week across 4 days, with 1:5 Saturdays 8:30am - 12pm. No bank holiday or out-of-hours are involved as we are covered by Sutterton Veterinary Hospital.
About Us: We have two very well-established surgeries in the Lincolnshire market towns of Spalding and Bourne, both of which have a loyal client base of well over 20 years. Both practices are equipped with digital radiography, ultrasounds, dental x-ray, and in-house blood testing equipment. Our friendly team comprises of 3 Veterinary Surgeons, 5 experienced Registered Veterinary Nurses, and a full team of Receptionists. We work hard to provide the highest standards in client and animal care.
Applicant Requirements: We are looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon who is comfortable with sole charge and confident in all first opinion duties. Animal care should be at the forefront of your mind.
